Patrick DeFeo

Patrick’s extensive experience encompasses all aspects of operations. As the Chief Operations Officer at Significant Meetings + Events, he has spent more than 17 years of his professional career within the events field, and he brings a wealth of knowledge, ideas, and, most importantly, operational solutions to his clients. His broad strategic and tactical skills, together with his hands-on leadership style, make him a key contributor to any meetings’ success. Patrick’s experience includes operational management, contract negotiations, employee motivation and retention, talent recruitment, team building, organizational development, and strategic planning.

 

Prior to joining Significant Meetings + Events, Patrick was the Vice President of Operations for a medical communications agency in Princeton, New Jersey, where he served on the Board of Directors and was directly responsible for the management of the Operations and Creative departments.

 

Patrick received a bachelor of science degree from Rider University.
